it Works - for
regular users we can have a User ID and password registered and
ready to go within minutes. You then have online access to all
our voice services to use when you want, as frequently as you
want, from anywhere in the world. You are then free to record
a voice message and deliver it to your list(s) of recipients -
see below for more details on the features and functions. If you
are an infrequent user our Bureau service might suit
your better.
Bureau
Service -
our bureau service is for infrequent
users or one-off voice broadcast campaigns. We'll help you record
your message and all you do is send us your list of recipients
- we'll take care of the rest. We'll test your message to make
sure it sounds right, we'll release it when you want it to go
and we'll report back to you with a full breakdown on your broadcast
results. If you need to get your message out with a voice message
this is the way to go - it doesn't get any easier.
Voice
Broadcast
- get your voice message out to tens, hundreds or thousands within
minutes. Create a single voice message and we will deliver it
for you simultaneously. Our web service is so simple to use -
select your list of numbers, select your sound file and click
submit. Yes that's it! Log on to the web site and send. Or if
you don't have access to the web you can record your message from
any telephone (including mobiles), select the list of phone numbers
to deliver to and send. Of course it has all the bells and whistles
like scheduling for future delivery, billing codes for cost centres,
multiple message format for live answer or machine answer etc.
As soon as a job has been completed reports are automatically
delivered to your email address or fax number - you can also track
the progress of jobs online as they are being delivered. Voice
messaging has never been simpler. Quick, efficient, easy - we
know you'll love it.
Call
Transfer - let's
say you want to give the recipients of your voice message the
opportunity to connect back to you for more information or to
make a booking or a payment. Using call transfer you
can prompt your recipients to press a button on their telephone
keypad and they are instantly connected to a phone number of your
choice - perhaps your switchboard or a call centre or an Integrated
Voice Response system. In this way you connect the receivers of
your voice messages to booking facilities, payment centres or
information areas. If you are sending your message to a large
broadcast list we can stagger the delivery so that the call
transfer function does not swamp your capacity to handle
the incoming calls.
Data
Collection - you may want to conduct
telephone polling using our voice broadcast service or you may
simply want the recipients of your voice broadcast to enter data
in response to your message prompts. Our data collection
function will capture the keypad responses to your questions and
feed that information back to you virtually instantly. As soon
as the job is complete you receive a spreadsheet from us identifying
each recipients responses to your questions. Now that's true instant
polling. Use if for surveys, collecting customer data, instant
polling.

to Speech
- let's get personal! The text to speech function will
allow you to personalise every individual message in a broadcast.
Using variable field inserts you can make each message unique
to every recipient on your list. For example, call each person
by their names - provide them with unique information about their
accounts with you, give them specific dates, times and venues
for meetings - the possibilities are endless. By setting up your
text to speech templates you can harness the power of
individual messages being sent in a single broadcast.
Automated
Voice - let your computers talk to our computers directly
and trigger broadcasts being sent to your various lists when you
need it. Automated payment reminders, subscription renewals, alert
messages, reminder messages - our XML interface enables your systems
